Initiate a Request
Log into your account or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and protective materials to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to Moon Audio
Affix the return label to the outside of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the gear for original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
